Why I Created
The Executive Career Accelerator

I had been an executive leader for 15 years.

But In 2022, I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and given weeks to live.

Filling out a Last Will & Testament when it’s not an academic exercise crystallized in my mind how fragile life really is, and how fast it can all be gone.

I promised myself if I beat Leukemia I would spend the rest of my life doing:

  • Something that I love.

  • Something I’m good at.

  • Something I can be paid for.

  • Something the world needs.

For me, that became teaching authentic, empathetic and audacious people how to become great leaders.

While still hooked up to a chemo pump, I started coaching friends at first, then a handful of clients. In early 2023, I rang the bell and was in complete remission And had a new direction in life and my career.

Two years later my team and I have helped hundreds of mid-career professionals become the effective leaders they knew they could become.

Nothing lights me up more than seeing good people transformed into confident, decisive, prepared leaders.

Your Discovery Coach will answer most of your questions, but here are a few frequently asked questions that might help you prepare.

  • Short answer: About 4 hours per week.

    Long answer: We teach time, energy, and attention management skills so that you actually gain more time for yourself to focus on the right things - including sleep, family time, etc.

  • No.

    And if any coach guarantees you a job, pay level, or really anything, be very skeptical. All coaching programs require 3 elements to be successful: Structure, Discipline, and Accountability. We can provide the Structure and Accountability, but cannot make you have the discipline to show up and do the work.

    We are here to mentor and guide you on how to become the kind of person that attracts executive roles to you. But we are only coaches - we can’t do the work for you.

    Finally, this is not a placement agency - we don’t give you fish. Instead this is the place to learn how to fish for yourself.

  • Absolutely!

    We have a weekly call on entrepreneurship where we talk about how to exit the corporate world altogether and become a business leader on your own by building a consulting or coaching business.
